Pack Your Products
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass vials and containers are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
